Donn's Teamster Training School is located at the Northland Sheep Farm in Marathon, NY, where Donn and his wife Maryrose run a 100% grass-fed sheep farm with about 40 ewes. Maryrose's acclaimed lamb and sheep products are sold locally in the Ithaca area.
Meet MaryRose Livingston of Northland Sheep Dairy (http://www.northlandsheepdairy.com/) in Marathon, NY. Together with her husband Donn Hewes, she raises a flock of dairy sheep and produces cheeses, wool, and meat that she sells at the Ithaca Farmers Market. Donn and MaryRose also produce most of their own hay using a team of draft horses and mules.
